Grew up  in and around Llano, Texas, and graduated from Llano High School,  went to Texas Tech majoring in Ag. Ed..  Received a track scholarship and competed for four years in the Southwest Conference.  I married my high school sweetheart Vicki Virdell, and 43 years later she is still putting up with me.   After College I taught and coached for two years, then  started ranching cattle, sheep, goats, hogs and turkeys  predominately in Llano, Mason, and San Saba counties with my father and brother.  At different times we ranched around Eldorado, Carrizo Springs,  Lampasas, and Mertzon.  In the early 1980’s I started selling ranches.  In 1985 I got my Broker’s License and started Frosty Miller Ranch Realty Inc.  while working from my home.  In 1987 Kenneth Brandenberger  started working with me.  Kenneth ranched, traded cattle, and helped other ranchers work their livestock since 1969.  Between us we have  traded cattle, leased or worked on most ranches in our area.  This provided us with a personal knowledge of a large percentage of the ranches in this area.  This information has proved to be invaluable to us in marketing ranches.  In 1996 we opened an office in Llano and have been selling all types of property since.    We have added other agents to our office that are knowledgeable and honest who are doing a good job.

  Vicki and I have two children, a boy Faron with wife Stacey and a girl Fara with her husband Matt Underwood.  They have a total of 5 children, whom we love an adore.   We have been blessed to have a family business in both ranching and in Real Estate.  Faron works with me every day either on the ranch or at the office, and  Fara is raising two small children along with selling real estate.

  We have been blessed to have the opportunity to either list or market many very fine properties.  We are ranchers selling ranches as honest and fair as possible.
